Refund policy
What matters to us is that you are completely satisfied with what you purchase on the KEMURI GAME shop.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can of course return your order and be refunded. Just make sure you do it within 28 days of receipt (counting from the day after you received your order) and that the product is in its original condition and packaging. This implies that the products must be :

unworn, unwashed, undamaged;

with its price tag and brand label;

If you choose to return only a portion of an order that included a free item(s) as part of the promotional offer, the value of the free item(s) or discount will be deducted proportionally from the refund amount or may be billed separately;

placed in the packaging in which you received it;
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items do not comply with this requirement.
Returns outside the 28-day time frame may be accepted solely at the discretion of KEMURI GAME shop. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure for your original item and then place a new order on our store for the new item. We do not process exchanges directly.
