We ship worldwide via international express DHL.

Delivery Costs are calculated at checkout depending on location.

All orders are shipped on a DDP basis (delivery duty paid).

DELIVERY RULES & RESTRICTIONS

1. An order placed before 2p.m. (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day.

2. An order placed on Friday afternoon after 2pm, or during the weekend, will be shipped on Monday.

3. Our carriers do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.

RETURN POLICY

What matters to us is that you are completely satisfied with what you purchase on the KEMURI GAME shop.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can of course return your order and be refunded. Just make sure you do it within 28 days of receipt (counting from the day after you received your order) and that the product is in its original condition and packaging. This implies that the products must be :

1. unworn, unwashed, undamaged;

2. with its price tag and brand label;

3. If you choose to return only a portion of an order that included a free item(s) as part of the promotional offer, the value of the free item(s) or discount will be deducted proportionally from the refund amount or may be billed separately;

4. placed in the packaging in which you received it;

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items do not comply with this requirement.

 

Returns outside the 28-day time frame may be accepted solely at the discretion of KEMURI GAME shop. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure for your original item and then place a new order on our store for the new item. We do not process exchanges directly.

Hereafter are the following steps you should follow to complete your return,

 

PROCEDURE

Step 1

Please log in onto https://returnsportal.co/version-live/r/ark8 so that you can process your return and print of the shipping label.

Step 2

Please put the item in its original packaging and make sure it's sealed properly.

Any returns for which the sender cannot be identified will be refused, so make sure you always enclose the return form from STEP 1 in the box.

As mentioned above we reserve the right to refuse returns if the items do not comply with our requirements. In this case, it will not be sent back to you and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
